A private tool for one YouTube channel
Kanal Masasi ("channel desk") is an internal tool used only by Furkan Çavlak for his own YouTube channel, @furkancavlakcom. It is not offered to the public and no one else can sign in to it.
What it does
- Shorts from my own videos. After I publish a long video, the tool cuts two or three vertical clips from it, adds my own Turkish captions, and uploads them to my own channel as scheduled Shorts.
- A daily report for me. Every evening it reads my channel's own statistics and comments and builds a report that only I see.
- Captions. It can add caption tracks that I wrote to my own videos.
It never accesses other people's channels, never deletes videos, and never posts comments on its own.

Privacy policy

Kanal Masasi uses YouTube API Services. By using it, the account owner agrees to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
Who uses it
The only user is the owner of the channel @furkancavlakcom. The tool has no other users, no public sign-up and no advertising.
What data it accesses
Through the YouTube Data API and the YouTube Analytics API, using the channel owner's own authorization, it reads:
- the channel's own video list, titles, durations, visibility and schedule times;
- caption tracks of the channel's own videos;
- the channel's own statistics (views, watch time, traffic sources, audience retention);
- public comments posted on the channel's own videos, including commenters' public display names.
How the data is used
- to choose moments for Shorts and upload them to the same channel;
- to build a private daily report for the channel owner;
- to draft reply suggestions to comments, which the owner reviews and posts himself.
The data is not sold, not shared with third parties, not used for advertising, and not combined with data from other sources.
Where it is stored and for how long
Data is stored only on the owner's own computer and the owner's own server, in files readable only by the owner. Video files and captions used for Shorts are kept as long as the owner needs them for the channel. Report data covers the channel's own history. The OAuth access token is stored in a file with owner-only permissions and is never published.
To produce the private report and the Shorts, the channel's own captions, statistics and comments are sent to Anthropic's Claude model. Claude uses them to pick moments, draft titles, write the report and suggest replies, and they are processed only for those purposes.
Cookies
This page and the tool set no cookies and run no trackers.
Revoking access and deleting data
Access can be revoked at any time on the Google security settings page. After revocation the tool can no longer read or upload anything. Stored data is deleted within 30 days of revocation, or sooner on request through the contact address below.

If this policy changes, the date at the top of this section is updated.
Terms of service

- Kanal Masasi is a private tool. Its only permitted user is the owner of the channel @furkancavlakcom, acting on that channel.
- Use of the tool is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy, which the user agrees to.
- Content uploaded through the tool is the owner's own content. The owner is responsible for it, as with any upload made in YouTube Studio.
- The tool is provided as is, without any warranty. It does not delete videos and does not act on any channel other than the owner's.
- Access can be ended at any time by revoking it on the Google security settings page.
